Based Industrial Park, the high-tech center of Taiwan, Hexawave is a 35,000 square foot facility which includes a class 100 GaAs wafer fab line and class 10.000 assembly and packaging lines.

product can cover applications in the  frequency range of 800 MHz through 8 GHz, with power outputs up yo 4 Watts.
