The LS series of current sensors are our highest precision line of current sensors. These devices are very rugged, and designed for harsh environments. The LS series are closed-loop current sensors, with the primary current passing through an aperature. This sensor is capable of measuring DC and AC currents and provides electrical isolation between the circuit being measured and the output. | Measuring Circuit | Units | LS-300 | LS-1000 | | Full scale (FS) dc or ac peak | +A | 640 | 2400 | | Supply voltage | +V | 15 to 24 | 15 to 24 | | Frequency range | kHz | 100 | 100 | | Output | - | - | - | | Turns ratio | A/A | 1:3000 | 1:5000 | | Overall accuracy (-40°C to +85°C) | % Nominal | 0.6 | 0.6 | | Linearity (at +25°C) | % Nominal | 0.1 | 0.1 | | Maximum zero offset (at +25°C) | +mA | 0.4 | 0.4 | | Nominal analog output current | mA | 100 | 200 | | Maximum offset drift (-40oC to +85oC) | +mA | 0.4 | 0.6 | | Current consumption (plus output current) | mA | 30 | 30 | | Measuring resistance range | Ohms | 0 - 10 | 0 - 10 | | General Information | Units | LS-300 | LS-1000 | | Operating temperature range | oC | -55 to +85 | -55 to +85 | | Storage temperature range | oC | -55 to +100 | -55 to +100 | | Weight | grams | 300 | 900 | Due to continuous process improvement, specifications are subject to change without notice. |
