The AP1213 is a combination of a low current power amplifier utilizing
InGap/GaAs HBT process and switch based on GaAs PHEMT technology.
The AP1213 is housed in a 3 x 3 (mm), 16-pin, QFN leadless package.
It is suitable for PHS handset and other wireless system applications
in the frequency band.
